made to measure, bespoke and personalised pieces are made especially for you, so they can't be returned for a refund unless faulty - instead, we'll work with you within reasonable demand to make sure it's right for you

non-personalised items can be cancelled within 14 days of receiving your order - get in touch first, then send back by royal mail recorded delivery (return postage is paid by the buyer). anything faulty or damaged, we'll put right. your statutory rights are not affected
