potions and paint

as the nights draw in and the veil between seasons thins, join us at knoga in our studio at the Ampress Centre for a slow, candlelit evening of painting, potions and community.

the evening

• arrive to the apothecary potion bar - warming, nourishing mocktails inspired by traditional chinese medicine: jujube, goji, cinnamon and ginger under a yin-yang foam, plus a colour-changing moon elixir you mix yourself

• settle in with a short grounding and breath practice

• paint at the easels from a dried-flower still life, with scorpio symbols and astrology imagery to work from

• close the evening on the floor among bolsters and blankets to chat, relax and be together
