if you're not completely happy with your order, you can return unworn, unwashed items in their original condition within 14 days of delivery.

please email hello@studioknoga.co.uk first to let us know, and we'll send you our return address.

return postage is paid by the buyer, unless your item arrived faulty or damaged. we'll refund you to your original payment method within 14 days.

 

each bespoke piece is made especially for you, to your chosen colours, measurements or design. because of this, we're unable to offer refunds or exchanges if you change your mind once your piece has been made. we want you to love what we make together. if something doesn't feel quite right, please get in touch within 14 days of receiving it and we'll work with you, within reason, to adjust or alter your piece so it's right for you. before we begin any bespoke piece, we'll confirm the details with you in writing - colours, sizing or measurements, yarn and price - so we're both clear on what we're creating. faulty or damaged items we take great care with every piece.
